Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. On behalf of the members here at Canaan UMC, let me say thank you for taking the time to look over the information contained on this website. As you will see, there are a great number of opportunities for you and your family to worship, learn, and grow here at Canaan church. There are meaningful programs for every age level, opportunities to study the Bible and grow in faith, times for fellowship and fun, and vibrant worship that brings together a wonderful music program and the powerful Word of God. You will find ministries that take seriously God's call for us to reach out in concern and service to our community and the world.

But as informative and helpful as this site may be in telling you about Canaan UMC, there is one thing it cannot do.  It cannot convey to you the warmth and friendliness of the people here at the church. That is something you just have to experience for yourself. I trust that you will find the folks here at Canaan church to be open, welcoming, and genuine in their love for God and each other. That is why I want to personally invite you to come and be a part of the family here at Canaan UMC and experience for yourself the joy of being in a community of believers who are truly seeking to follow Jesus and live by His teachings.
