Childcare for Infants

We have a nursery available for infants and toddlers. Infants and toddlers can expect special care and attention from childcare member-volunteers. The nursery is available during the worship service and Sunday School. The nursery is located downstairs in the basement.

Sunday Worship Times

Canaan offers members and guests an enriching and life-relevant worship service preceded by Sunday School.

9:30 am Sunday School — Sunday school is offered for all, birth through adults. Classes provide opportunities for study, fellowship and spiritual growth. Please refer to our page on Sunday School for further information. There you will find a class just for you!

10:30 am — Our Worship Celebration is held at 10:30 am each Sunday. This unified, blended service is a time of worship with music by the Praise Team, the sanctuary and handbell choirs, traditional hymns, prayers, and scripture readings,  all in addition to the pastor’s sermon.

The Message at Worship

At Canaan, God's word is the foundation on which we base all biblical truth. Messages for the mind and the spirit. From this foundation you can expect challenging and thought provoking messages that are as relevant today as they were years ago.

Giving

During Sunday School and our Worship Celebration service, tithes and offerings will be received. This is a biblically-sound practice and one that we believe, makes us good stewards of all that God has provided to us.
